摘要
我国跨境电商的快速发展急需大量高素质跨境电商人才.辽宁对外经贸学院基于OBE理念在跨境电商人才培养实践中取得了一定的成绩,但依然存在薄弱环节,即人才培养方案与社会需求变化存在一定的脱节、课程内容动态化评价标准不足、实践教学效果未达到预期、课程考核过程性评价不够、培养方案及课程大纲思政元素体现不突出等.基于此,应依照行业需求不断完善人才培养方案、构建多元持续改进的质量保证体系、提升实践教学效果、建立基于OBE教学理念的课程思政导向机制来优化人才培养路径.
Abstract
The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China urgently requires a large number of high-quality cross-border e-commerce talents. Liaoning University of International Business and Economics has achieved certain results in the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents based on the OBE concept,but there are still weak links. There is still a certain disconnect between talent cultivation plans and changes in social needs,insufficient dynamic evaluation standards for course content,failure to achieve expected practical teaching results,insufficient procedural evaluation of course assessment,and inadequate reflection of ideological and political elements in training plans and course outlines. Based on this,we should continuously improve talent cultivation plans according to industry needs,build a diversified and continuous improvement quality assurance system,enhance practical teaching effectiveness,and establish a curriculum ideological and political guidance mechanism based on OBE teaching philosophy to optimize talent cultivation paths.
