"双循环"视域下我国跨境电商支付问题研究

近年来,受疫情的影响全球经济的压力加大,面对如此严峻的外部环境,我国顺势提出了"独立自主、高水平开放"的国内国际双循环战略.在此背景下,跨境电商行业飞速发展,成为我国经济发展中一股新的力量,为我国经济的复苏提供了新的动力.跨境支付作为跨境电商的一个重要环节,与跨境电商的健康发展息息相关.由于我国跨境电商支付不健全,存在诸多的问题,制约着跨境电商的发展前景.只有完善和解决跨境电商支付出现的问题才能为跨境电商提供不断的发展动力.本文主要分析了我国跨境电商的支付现状以及在支付方式中存在的问题和风险,并对这些问题提出自己的解决措施和建议.
Abstract
In recent years,the global economic downturn,especially the impact of the epidemic,has increased economic pressure worldwide. Faced with such a severe external environment,China has taken the opportunity to propose a"independent,high-level opening up" domestic and foreign dual circulation strategy. Against this backdrop,China's cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly,becoming a new force in China's economic development and providing new impetus for the recovery of the economy. Cross border payment,as an important link in cross-border e-commerce,is closely related to the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce. Due to the lack of sound cross-border e-commerce payments in China,there are many problems that constrain the development prospects of cross-border e-commerce. Only by improving and solving the problems that arise in cross-border e-commerce payments can we provide far and continuous development momentum for the cross-border e-commerce industry. This article mainly analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce payments in China,as well as the problems and risks in payment methods,and proposes its own solutions and suggestions for these problems,so that cross-border e-commerce payments in China can develop better.
