摘要
如何选择时效性强、腐损率低、低成本的跨境物流模式是新疆跨境电商企业出口生鲜农产品面临的一大问题.通过分析新疆生鲜农产品的出口现状,综合比较邮政小包、国际快递、专线物流、口岸物流、海外仓、跨境第三方物流这六种跨境电商物流模式的优劣,进而构建一套适合新疆生鲜农产品出口的跨境电商物流模式选择评价指标体系,利用熵权法和TOPSIS法对专家打分数据进行计算分析,从而得出专线物流为新疆生鲜农产品出口跨境电商物流模式的最佳选择.
Abstract
How to choose a cross-border logistics model with strong timeliness,low decay rate and low cost is a major problem faced by Xinjiang cross-border e-commerce enterprises in exporting fresh agricultural products. By analyzing the export status of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang,comprehensively comparing the advantages and disadvantages of six cross-border e-commerce logistics modes,including postal parcels,international express delivery,special line logistics,port logistics,overseas warehouses and cross-border third-party logistics,and then constructing a set of cross-border e-commerce logistics mode selection evaluation index system suitable for the export of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang,using the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method to calculate and analyze the expert scoring data,so as to conclude that special line logistics is the best choice for the cross-border e-commerce logistics mode for the export of fresh agricultural products in Xinjiang.
