Research on Strategies for Relieving Deadlocks in International Business Negotiations Based on the Principle of Integrity——Taking the China US Economic and Trade Negotiations as an Example
With the development of economic globalization and international division of labor,trade cooperation between countries is becoming increasingly close.International business negotiations,as important means for enterprises from different countries,cultures,and business environments to cooperate and reach agreements,play a crucial role in international trade.In international business negotiations,deadlock mitigation strategies are commonly used,which are crucial for promoting the smooth progress of negotiations and achieving a win-win situation for both parties.The application of deadlock mitigation strategies needs to be based on the principle of integrity,so that all parties involved can establish mutual trust and work together to achieve successful negotiations.Therefore,taking China-US economic and trade consultations as a case,from the perspective of the principle of integrity,this article analyzes and studies the strategies for alleviating the deadlock in international business negotiations involved in the case,and summarizes them,aiming to gain some inspiration from them.
