Emergency Support System of the Supply Chain of Fresh Materials is very important,because it is not only a project of people's livelihood,but also its development is the foundation of realizing value and obtaining profit.Although our country has made great progress in the intensive production of fresh agricultural products,the preservation technology and so on.however,there are still some strange phenomena in some links,such as oversupply in summer-autumn and insufficient effective supply in winter-spring,oversupply in main producing area and shortage in main selling area,oversupply of low-end fresh agricultural products and shortage of high-quality products.At the same time,there are still some time-lag problems,such as information blocking,road blocking and time lag in logistics distribution under emergency situation.So based on this,the article explores the information island,the intelligence of infrastructure and the lack of trust,etc.Furthermore,in order to optimize and perfect the emergency safeguard system of fresh agricultural products supply chain,we should construct the mechanisms such as the multi-subject alliance,the government supervision mechanism,the supply chain resource sharing mechanism and so on,relying on cross-boundary coupling of block chain,Gan algorithm,AE de-dimensionality and de-noising,stack self-coding network,etc.
