Research on the development of Heilongjiang-Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone cross-border logistics to Russia
With the implementation of the policy of opening to the north,the Heilongjiang Provincial Free Trade Zone has become a bridgehead for opening up to the north.Vigorously develop the free trade zone,and cross-border e-commerce with Russia has become a relatively important part of opening up to the north.However,the development of cross-border e-commerce is inseparable from the support of cross-border logistics.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status of cross-border logistics from Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone to Russia,and proposes that the development of cross-border logistics from Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone to Russia should accelerate the construction of the logistics channel with Russia,improve the cross-border cold chain logistics with Russia,and cultivate and retain high-quality talents for cross-border logistics with Russia,so as to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce with Russia in Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone,and then promote the rapid and high-quality development of Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone.
