Using the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2020,this paper studies the impact of industrial policy on enterprise digital transformation during the"12th Five Year Plan"and the"13th Five Year Plan".The research finds that the implementation of industrial policy has greatly promoted the enterprise digital transformation.Through mechanism test,it finds that,on the one hand,the impact of industrial policy on enterprise digital transformation is based on resource effect,and industrial policy can affect enterprise digital transformation through innovation willingness and innovation capability;On the other hand,it is the information effect,industrial policy affects the enterprise digital transformation by influencing analysts'attention.After a series of robustness tests,the conclusion still holds.
