随着全球经济和科学技术的发展,为了能高效建设国际消费中心城市,数字化和消费促进的深度融合是必要的。而对于如何促进两者深度融合,需要架构创新场景。文章通过分析国际消费中心城市建设中的数字化与消费融合的现状,探讨数字化与消费促进融合存在的问题,剖析数字化与消费促进融合的原则,架构了二者融合的场景,分析了该场景构建的制约因素,并从统筹规划形成"大消费"合力、以制度创新强化消费要素保障、整合完善现代供应链体系、推进消费便利化制度系统集成、完善消费营商环境法治化等角度,提出了保障数字化和消费促进深度融合场景构建的建议。
Research on the Integration of Digitization and Consumption Promotion in the Construction of International Consumer Center Cities
With the development of global economy and technology,it is necessary to deeply integrate digitization and consumption promotion in order to efficiently build an international consumption center city.And for how to promote the deep integration of the two,it is necessary to create innovative scenarios in architecture.The article analyzes the current situation of the integration of digitization and consumption in the construction of international consumption center cities,explores the problems of the integration of digitization and consumption promotion,analyzes the principles of the integration of digitization and consumption promotion,constructs a scenario for the integration of the two,analyzes the constraints of the construction of this scenario,and forms a joint force of"big consumption"through overall planning,strengthens the guarantee of consumption factors through institutional innovation,and integrates and improves the modern supply chain system Suggestions have been put forward to ensure the deep integration of digitization and consumption promotion from the perspectives of promoting the integration of consumption facilitation system integration and improving the rule of law in the consumer business environment.
