供应链整合对食品企业创新绩效的影响研究——基于开放式创新的中介作用

以京津冀地区211家食品企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式获取数据,探讨供应链整合对食品企业创新绩效的影响以及开放式创新的中介作用.其中,供应链整合包括供应商整合、客户整合与内部整合三种方式,开放式创新包含探索式创新与利用式创新两种模式.研究结果表明:供应商整合对食品企业创新绩效的直接影响显著,内部整合、客户整合的直接影响不显著;探索式创新在供应商整合、内部整合提升食品企业创新绩效的中介作用显著,利用式创新的中介作用不显著.因此,食品企业应重视供应商整合、注重内部整合、加强客户整合,且总体上应强调由内而外的探索式创新,从而促进创新绩效的提升.
Influence of Supply Chain Integration on Innovation Performance of Food Enterprises:Mediating Role based on Open Innovation
This paper selects 211 food companies in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions as the research subjects and uses questionnaires to obtain data,aiming to explore the impact of supply chain integration on the innovation performance of food companies and the mediating role of open innovation.Supply chain integration includes supplier integration,customer integration and internal integration,and open innovation includes two modes of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.The results show that while supplier integration has a significant direct impact on the innovation performance of food enterprises,internal integration and customer integration do not;while exploratory innovation plays a significant mediating role in supplier integration and internal integration to enhance the innovation performance of food companies,exploitative innovation does not.Therefore,food companies should pay close attention to supplier integration,focus on internal integration,strengthen customer integration,and on the whole,emphasizes exploratory innovation from the inside out,thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of innovation performance.
