On the CPC's Political Leadership Capacity from the Perspective of State Governance Modernization
The CPC's Political leadership is the ability to chart the course,craft overall plans,design policy,and promote reform,also reflected in its political understanding,acumen and capacity to deliver. In the critical period and initial stage of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects,mod-ernizing China's state governance system has set new requirements for the CPC's political leadership. To give full play to the CPC's political leadership from the perspective of state governance modernization,it is necessary to dialectically examine the time and position in which the overall goal of state governance modernization is to be achieved;to use political understanding to correctly understand and grasp the direc-tion,position and principles that must be adhered to in order to realize the primary task of state governance modernization;and to use political capacity to deliver to promote the full transformation of the greatest in-stitutional advantage of the CPC's leadership into the efficacy of state governance.
