碳纳米管对SBS改性沥青高温性能影响的试验研究

SBS改性沥青在我国道路施工中应用广泛,随着研究的不断深入,复合改性沥青逐渐成为主要提高沥青性能的手段之一.为探究碳纳米管对SBS改性沥青复合改性后的高温性能,首先借助高速剪切仪,采用熔融共混法制备出不同掺量的碳纳米管/SBS复合改性沥青,通过布氏旋转黏度试验、多应力蠕变试验,研究不同掺量的碳纳米管对SBS改性沥青的高温性能影响.结果表明:碳纳米管的加入能够提升SBS改性沥青的黏度、高温流变性能和高温抗车辙变形能力.
Experimental Study on the Effect of CNTs on High Temperature Performance of SBS Modified Asphalt
SBS modified asphalt is widely used in China's road construction,and with continuous in-depth re-search,composite modified asphalt has gradually become one of the main means in improving asphalt perfor-mance.To investigate the high-temperature performance of CNTs in the composite modification of SBS modified asphalt,different dosages of CNTs/SBS composite modified asphalt were first prepared using a high-speed shear apparatus and melt blending method,the influence of different dosages of CNTs on the high-temperature perfor-mance of SBS modified asphalt was studied through Brinell rotational viscosity test and multiple stress creep test.The results indicate that the addition of CNTs can improve the viscosity,high-temperature rheological properties,and high-temperature resistance to rutting deformation of SBS modified asphalt.
