大直径泥水平衡盾构辅助气压工法应用研究

辅助气压掘进工法在国内盾构施工中常被用于土压盾构掘进"上软下硬"地层和埋深较大、裂隙水发育的地层,以及富水、气密性好的复合地层.在泥水盾构掘进中采用辅助气压掘进工法的案例较少,本文结合河南城际铁路大直径盾构项目全断面黏土层气密性好等工程特点,尝试在黏土层掘进施工中采用泥水盾构辅助气压法掘进工法,应对刀盘结泥饼,使各项参数发生变化,导致结果恶化、施工效率降低等问题,有效降低了刀盘结泥饼的概率,提升了施工效率,为类似地层大直径泥水盾构施工提供了参考意义.
Application of Auxiliary Pneumatic Construction Method for Large Diameter Mud-Water Balanced Shield
In domestic shield construction,auxiliary pneumatic tunneling method is often used in the earth pres-sure shield tunneling of"soft above and hard below"strata,strata with large buried depth and fissure water de-velopment,and composite strata with rich water and good air tightness.There are few cases in which auxiliary pneumatic tunneling method is used in mud shield tunneling,in this paper,combined with the engineering char-acteristics of the large diameter shield project of Henan Intercity Railway,such as good air tightness of the clay layer in the whole section,we try to adopt the auxiliary pneumatic tunneling method of mud-water shield tunnel-ing method in the construction of clay layer,so as to deal with the problems such as the change of various param-eters caused by the mud cake,resulting in the deterioration of results and the reduction of construction efficien-cy,the probability of mud cake formation is effectively reduced,the construction efficiency is improved,and the reference significance is provided for the construction of large diameter mud-water shield in similar strata.
