在引水隧洞施工过程中,如果围岩不稳定会导致施工难度上升.本文深入分析了软弱结构条件下常用的施工支护技术.在软弱结构条件下进行隧洞开挖施工作业时,需要对软弱结构的具体情况进行分析,明确适合的支护方式.本工程应用钢架结构作为主要支护材料,针对隧洞特点、地质条件,将铣挖机开挖和人工开挖进行有效结合,利用高强度、轻重量、可升降的安全防护棚辅助施工,在提高施工效率的同时,降低了隧洞开挖和支护过程中存在的安全风险.
Under the Condition of Weak Structure Supporting Technology Application
During the construction of diversion tunnel,if the surrounding rock is unstable,the construction diffi-culty will increase.In this paper,the commonly used construction support technology under the condition of weak structure is deeply analyzed.It is necessary to analyze the concrete condition of the weak structure and determine the suitable support method when the tunnel excavation is carried out under the condition of weak structure.In this project,steel frame structure is used as the main supporting material,according to the characteristics and ge-ological conditions of the tunnel,the excavation of milling machine and manual excavation are effectively com-bined,and the construction is assisted by the safety protection shed with high strength,light weight and can be lifted,which improves the construction efficiency and reduces the safety risks in the process of tunnel excavation and support.
