Prefabricated Construction Engineering Information Management Platform Based on BIM Technology
This article takes a prefabricated construction project as an example to conduct design research on the engineering information management platform.Design an information management platform architecture that clear-ly defines the platform as the data layer,logic layer,program application layer,and operation layer from top to bottom.To ensure that the developed information management platform plays its expected role in practical applica-tions,the Intel Core desktop CPU processor is chosen as the core processor of the platform.Using 3D scanning technology and BIM technology to construct prefabricated building engineering structural models,and using QR code technology to track and manage prefabricated components in prefabricated construction projects,and use mobile terminals such as EBIM to track and update the status of component hoisting and installation,after updat-ing the on-site information of components,generate a component installation table to achieve detailed design and information management of component on-site installation.The results show that the design platform can improve the quality of engineering construction,reduce the installation errors of prefabricated building components,and solve the spatial conflicts between components and machinery during construction,avoiding the impact of rework,changes,and other factors on the construction progress.
