Construction Engineering Cost Management Method Based on IFC Standard
In order to change the current engineering cost management method,there are a series of problems such as the large difference between actual cost and cost and the lack of support for building information technol-ogy,the construction engineering cost management method based on IFC standard is put forward.This manage-ment method is based on the calculation of the earned value,construction the engineering cost curve model,judge the progress of the project.Export and transform IFC documents,and output results can check whether the engi-neering cost information is accurate.The results show that compared with the traditional methods,the construction engineering cost management method based on IFC standard can effectively reduce the overall cost of the project and improve the management efficiency of the engineering.
