Effect of Single and Double Doped Steel Fiber with Different Length-Diameter Ratio on Mechanical Properties of All-Lightweight Concrete
In order to study the effect of single and double doped steel fiber with different length-diameter ratios on mechanical properties of non-sintered pulverized coal ash ceramic all-lightweight concrete, shear steel fiber with volume content of 1%was selected as the reinforcement material, and the length-diameter ratio of steel fiber(18.75,25 and 31.25)and the mixing method(single and double doped)were used as the test parameters, the cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of LC30 all-lightweight concrete were tested. The test results show that steel fiber can obviously improve the mechanical properties of all-lightweight concrete;different length-diameter ratios and mixing methods have great influence on flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of all-lightweight concrete, but little influence on cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength, and almost no influence on elastic modulus.
