组合式带肋塑料模板在地下综合管廊中的应用技术研究

模板是地下综合管廊施工中一个重要工具,模板的应用是否合理直接关系到整个管廊工程施工质量,为此提出将组合式带肋塑料模板应用到地下综合管廊中,设计一个新的施工技术.根据地下综合管廊实际情况,对组合式带肋塑料模板进行设计、加工,并将其运输至施工现场后进行安装,在组合式带肋塑料模板内进行混凝土浇筑,并架设支撑体系.对组合式带肋塑料模板加固后,当塑料模板内混凝土达到设计强度,拆除组合式带肋塑料模板及支撑体系,以此完成基于组合式带肋塑料模板的地下综合管廊施工.实例分析结果表明,设计的技术使不同测点的混凝土结构变形量低于最大允许限值,符合相关规范要求,并且所有施工段均在预计工期内完成施工,证明设计的技术具有较好的施工效果,在地下综合管廊领域具有良好的应用前景.
Research on the Application Technology of Composite Ribbed Plastic Formwork in Underground Integrated Pipe Corridor
Formwork is an important tool in the construction of underground integrated pipe corridor,and the ap-plication of formwork is directly related to the construction quality of the whole pipe corridor,therefore,a new construction technology is proposed to apply the composite ribbed plastic formwork to the underground integrated pipe corrider.According to the actual situation of the underground integrated pipe corridor,the composite ribbed plastic formwork is designed,processed,and transported to the construction site for installation,concrete is poured in the composite ribbed plastic formwork,and the support system is set up.After streng thening the composite ribbed plastic formwork,once the concrete in the composite ribbed plastic formwork reaches the design strength,the composite ribbed plastic formwork and the supporting system are removed,so as to complete the construction of the underground integrated pipe corridor based on the composite ribbed plastic formwork.The results of exam-ple analysis show that the design technology makes the deformation of concrete structures at different measuring points lower than the maximum allowable limit,which meets the requirements of relevant specifications,and all construction sections are completed within the expected construction period,which proves that the design tech-nology has a good construction effect and has a good application prospect in the field of underground integrated pipe corridor.
