Application Research of BIM Technology in the Project Management of Building Decoration Engineering
In order to improve the project management level,accelerate the project progress and control its con-struction cost,the introduction of BIM technology,take a building decoration engineering as an example,to carry out the design research of project management methods.According to the five core elements of view,datum,com-ponent,annotation and main structure,create a 3D information model of building decoration engineering based on BIM technology,and take the established 3D information model of building decoration engineering as a refer-ence,by inputting and deepening the node information,implementation of dynamic construction of building deco-ration engineering,and dynamics simulation of the machinery before engineering construction,the optimal selec-tion of the running path of the machinery and the working area of the operator,realize the detection of the colli-sion and conflict of the decoration equipment pipeline,and using the Project software,input the progress data dur-ing the project construction into the 4D model,by creating the plan data,realize the comprehensive management of engineering projects.The experimental application results prove that the management of building decoration en-gineering according to the proposed method can not only improve the progress of the project,but also make the project expenditure control within the expected range,and avoid the problems of excess and over budget in the project construction.
