BIM Technology Based Construction Cost Deviation Warning for Building Clusters
The conventional cost deviation warning method for building complex construction mainly focuses on the cost deviation warning during the completion settlement stage,ignoring the cumulative cost deviation,result-ing in significant differences in cost deviation warning.Therefore,a construction cost deviation warning method for building clusters based on BIM technology was designed.Dynamically calculating the construction cost deviation of building clusters during the construction phase,extracting the cost value information of uncertainty issues,and providing a correct description for cost deviation warning behavior.Building a construction cost deviation warning model for building clusters based on BIM technology,using IFC to describe the standard format of BIM cost de-viation warning,and providing warning decisions for cost deviations in various stages of building cluster con-struction.Constrain the phased warning variables of construction cost for building clusters,optimize the warning conditions for different construction stages,balance the constraints of each warning variable,and ensure the effec-tiveness of construction cost deviation warning.Through case analysis,it was verified that the warning method has better effectiveness and can be applied in practical life.
