Research on the Renewal Strategy of Jilin Tonghua City Jinchang Village Based on SWOT Analysis
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of"rural revital-ization"for the first time.In order to achieve this strategy,this article takes Jinchang Village in Tonghua City,Jilin Province as an example,uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Jin-chang Village,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the renewal process of Jinchang Village,and a SWOT model is established,and corresponding strategies are proposed.By sorting out the spatial context of the village and optimizing the space and traffic layout strategy of Jinchang Village,the accessibility of the space is improved.At the same time,when repairing and rebuilding existing buildings,local context is combined to cre-ate a green and vibrant countryside,providing reference for rural renewal.
