针对高速公路工程中软岩边坡稳定性较差的问题,开展关于软岩边坡支护施工技术的研究.采用土钉墙支护结构作为主要的支护措施,以提高边坡的稳定性.在具体施工方面,首先进行边坡支护施工准备工作,包括孔位的放线等操作.然后根据施工规程,进行土钉的制作和注浆操作,以增加土钉与软岩边坡之间的牵引力和摩擦力.最后进行混凝土喷射施工,进一步加固边坡,并进行养护工作,以确保其稳定性和持久性.将该技术应用于某高速公路工程的软岩边坡支护施工中,验证了在天然工况和降雨工况下,边坡各个位置的稳定性系数均符合规定要求.
Construction Technology of Soil Nailing Wall Support for Soft Rock Slopes in Expressway Engineering
Aiming at the problem of poor stability of soft rock slope in expressway engineering,the research on soft rock slope supporting construction technology is carried out.Soil nailing wall supporting structure is used as the main supporting measure to improve the stability of slope.In the aspect of concrete construction,the prepara-tion work of slope support construction is carried out first,including the operation of hole setting.Then,according to the construction rules,soil nails are made and grouting operation is carried out to increase the traction force and friction between soil nails and soft rock slope.Finally,concrete spray construction is carried out to further strengthen the slope,and maintenance work is carried out to ensure its stability and durability.The technique is applied to the soft rock slope support of a highway project,and it is verified that the stability coefficients of each position of the slope meet the requirements under natural conditions and rainfall conditions.
