Construction Process and Technical Application of Drop Hammer Dynamic Compaction in Expressway Construction
This paper first introduces the concept and characteristics of dynamic compaction method,elaborates the foundation reinforcement mechanism of dynamic compaction method,and combined with specific engineering examples,discusses the dynamic compaction construction process and technical points in detail,including the key points of measurement lofting,point compaction construction,the first and second pass point compaction,the third pass point compaction and full compaction,according to the comparison between the wave velocity before and af-ter compaction at the test point of the dynamic compaction section,the wave velocity value of the site is obviously higher than that before dynamic compaction,indicating that after dynamic compaction,the wave velocity value of the site is significantly increased,and the density of the site is obviously better,which can effectively improve the foundation treatment effect,and drop hammer dynamic compaction construction technology has important research value and application prospect for improving the quality of road engineering,saving construction costs and ensur-ing traffic safety.
