富水灰岩地层土压平衡盾构施工技术

本研究以某盾构区间在富水岩溶高强度灰岩地层施工为实例,针对地下水丰富、灰岩硬度高、岩溶强烈发育等不利地质条件,通过优化掘进参数、选择合适的刀具、改良渣土等一系列技术措施,成功解决了盾构掘进过程中的技术难题.在施工中,通过优化刀具选型,有效延长了刀具的使用寿命,提高了掘进效率.此外,对渣土进行改良处理,进一步减少了掘进过程中的阻碍和风险.本研究提出了一套适用于富水岩溶高强度灰岩地层的盾构掘进参数,这些参数在保证施工安全的同时,显著提升了施工效率,并增加了经济效益,对地铁建设领域的技术创新和发展具有重要意义.
Soil Pressure Balance Shield Construction Technology of Rich Limestone Stratum
In this study,taking the construction of water-rich karst high-strength limestone stratum in a shield section as an example,in view of the unfavorable geological conditions such as abundant groundwater,high hard-ness of limestone,and strong development of karst,the technical problems in the shield tunneling process were successfully solved by a series of technical measures such as optimizing the tunneling parameters,selecting ap-propriate tools,and improving the muck.In the construction,by optimizing the tool selection,the service life of the cutter is effectively extended and the tunneling efficiency is improved.In addition,the improved treatment of the muck further reduces the obstacles and risks during the tunnelling process.This study proposes a set of shield tunneling parameters applicable water-rich karst high-strength limestone strata,These pavameters not only en-sure the construction safety,but also significantly improve construction efficiency and increase economic benefits,which is of great significance for the technological innovation and development in the field of subway construc-tion.
