轻钢结构在工业厂房中的应用与设计分析

为更好地了解门式刚架轻钢结构的设计流程,通过对门式钢架结构体系、计算指标进行简单介绍,结合实际工程,以主体结构为主要研究对象进行计算,得到构件在荷载组合下的内力情况、强度、稳定性指标及在不同荷载作用下的侧移情况.经过初步计算可得:构件尺寸满足强度应力比和平面内、平面外稳定性要求,结构的位移均在限制条件内,为轻钢结构的设计提供了一般设计流程,并提出相关注意事项,为相似工程设计提供参考.
The Application and Design Analysis of Light-Weight Building in Industrial Building
In order to understand the design process of steel structure of light-weight building,through the intro-duction of steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames and computation index,combined with the actual engineering,the main structure is taken as the main research object to calculate,and the internal force with the component under the load combination,strength and stability index and the lateral displacement under different loads are obtained.After preliminary calculation,it can be concluded that the component size meets the requirements of strength-stress ratio,in-plane and out-of-plane stability,and the displacement of the structure is within the limiting conditions under the load,which provides a general process for the design of light-weight building,and provide some announcements for other project as reference.
