防火保护缺陷下H型钢梁温度场的有限元分析

为了研究带有防火保护缺陷H型钢梁的抗火性能,使用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了基于ISO 834 火灾标准升温条件下的防火涂层脱落模型,对涂层脱落简化模型进行验证,分析了防火涂层脱落位置、脱落长度、涂层厚度、受火时间等诸多因素对钢梁温度场的影响,得到了热流分布规律.结果表明:涂层脱落仅影响距离脱落位置一定区域内的温度分布,跨长对钢梁温度影响不大;随着涂层脱落长度、厚度的逐级增加,受涂层脱落影响的区域也随之扩大;涂层临界脱落长度为 108 mm.
Finite Element Analysis of Temperature Field of H-Shaped Steel Beam under Fire Protection Defect
In order to study the fire resistance performance of H-shaped steel beam under fire protection defect,finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a model of fire protection coating shedding based on the ISO 834 fire standard heating conditions,and the simplified model of coating shedding was verified to analyze the influence of many factors,such as the location of the fire protection coating shedding,the length of the shedding,the thickness of the coating,and the time of the fire on the temperature field of the beams,and to get the law of the distribution of the heat flow.The results show that the coating shedding only affects the temperature distribu-tion within a certain area from the shedding location,and the span length has little effect on the temperature of the steel beam;with the step-by-step increase in the length and thickness of the coating shedding,the area af-fected by the coating shedding is also enlarged;and the critical shedding length of the coating is 108 mm.
