Risk Assessment and Emergency Repair Scheme of Subway Tunnel Perforation Based on Grouting Repair
There are more and more cases of rail transit tunnels being broken down due to the influence of exter-nal construction operations,it is necessary to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of various repair measures and put forward improvement plans, establish standardized treatment measures, and ensure the safe operation of existing lines. In this tunnel perforation accident, the ground deep hole grouting+cave grouting was used to strengthen the surrounding rock, and the new material modified MPC special cement and high-strength waterproof paint were used to restore the tunnel structure.Three-dimensional imaging and radar were used to detect the tun-nel repair structure and the formation, respectively,no obvious defects were found inside the structure, the steel bars were clearly visible, and the formation did not see obvious reflection, the profile was relatively uniform, and the rock and soil body was dense, and the repair effect was good. Finally,it is concluded that the 30°~50° range on both sides of the tunnel center line is the inner tension and pressure conversion area, generally, the stability of the tunnel itself can be guaranteed in the short term, but in the long term,it will have a serious impact on the durability of the lining structure;the restoration scheme combining ground grouting and cave grouting has a short construction period, less impact on the surrounding environment and less impact on operation;for traditional ma-terials,the new materials are more practical in tunnel perforation accidents.
