Research on Cost Management of Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM Technology:Taking a Public Housing Project in Beijing as an Example
This paper uses the case analysis method to conduct a targeted cost analysis on the BIM 3D model of the 3#public rental housing project of a certain block in Beijing,and discusses the operation process of BIM modeling of prefabricated buildings and the actual effect it brings to the cost management work.BIM model is used to simulate the construction scheme,and potential problems and solutions are studied to reduce the impact of adverse factors on the project cost in the later stage.The prefabricated building cost management system based on BIM technology has the advantages of intuitive analysis of project cost composition,conducive to cooperative work of various professional units,simulation of collision and conflict to find and solve problems,optimization of prefabricated component design,and guarantee calculation accuracy.This research is of great significance for pro-moting the modernization,upgrading and high-quality sustainable development of construction cost industry in China.
