随着我国建筑行业的发展,近年来,高层、超高层建筑物的数量不断增加,建筑物对地基土承载力要求越来越高.本文以铂悦·兴隆府项目为例,利用单桩竖向静荷载试验,研究钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术对地基土承载力、桩端沉降的影响.实践表明,在钻孔灌注桩中采用后注浆技术,可显著提高地基土承载力,减少桩端沉降变形,优化桩身性能,增强桩身稳定性,降低工程造价,此技术可广泛应用于工程建设中,为工程实体的设计和施工提供理论依据.
Analysis of the Influence of Post-Grouting Technology of Bored Piles on the Bearing Capacity of Single Piles
With the development of China's construction industry,in recent years,the number of high-rise and super high-rise buildings has been increasing,and the requirements for the bearing capacity of foundation soil are getting higher and higher.In this paper,taking the Boyue·Xinglongfu project as an example,the influence of post-grouting technology on the bearing capacity of foundation soil and pile end settlement is studied by using the vertical static load test of single pile.The practice shows that the use of post-grouting technology in bored piles can significantly improve the bearing capacity of foundation soil,reduce the settlement deformation of pile ends,optimize the performance of piles,enhance the stability of piles,and reduce the project cost,this technology can be widely used in engineering construction,and provides a theoretical basis for the design and construction of engineering entities.
