本文以海口长天路南延线二标桥梁预应力施工项目为例,介绍了城市桥梁锚下有效预应力检测技术.该技术主要通过在锚下安装传感器,实时监测预应力筋的受力情况,及时发现并解决潜在的安全隐患,避免因预应力筋应力控制不当导致桥梁结构的破坏,确保城市桥梁建设的质量和安全性.结论表明:通过锚下有效预应力检测技术,对比设计、实际数据,为预应力的检测提供了数据支持,有利于桥梁的维护和修复,从而降低维护成本.
Detection Technology of Effective Prestress under Anchorin in Urban Bridge Construction
Taking the prestressed construction project of the second standard bridge on the south extension line of Changtian Road in Haikou as an example,this paper introduces the detection technology of effective prestress under anchor of urban bridge.The technology mainly through the installation of sensors under the anchor,real-time monitoring of the stress of the prestressed tendons,timely detection and solution of potential safety hazards,to avoid the damage of the bridge structure due to improper stress control of the prestressed tendons,to ensure the quality and safety of urban bridge construction.The conclusion shows that the test technology of effective pre-stress under anchor,comparing the design and actual data,provides data support for the test of prestress,which is conducive to the maintenance and repair of the bridge,and thus reduces the maintenance cost.
