Comparative Study on Construction Methods of Subway Station Guide Tunnel Excavation under Complex Environment
In order to explore the differences in the influence of different tunnel excavation methods on the stress and settlement of subway station structures, this study takes the Gongnong Road Station on Line 5 of Changchun Metro as an actual case, and uses MIDAS FEA software to simulate and analyze two construction methods(one-time arch excavation reverse method and PBA method).Comparing the differences between these two methods during the construction process, the analysis results show that during the excavation and support construction stage of the pilot tunnel, the maximum surface settlement is caused by one-time arch excavation reverse method, accounting for 59.14%of the total settlement. The PBA construction method plays a crucial role in the construc-tion stage of the secondary lining arch, and the surface settlement caused by this stage accounts for 42.65%of the total settlement. For the settlement of the arch crown, the settlement of the arch crown is relatively stable under one-time arch excavation reverse method, while the settlement of the arch crown under the PBA construction method varies significantly at different construction times. In other aspects,one-time arch excavation reverse method with a single arch buckle has a smaller impact compared to the PBA method, and the structure is more stable, which can further reduce construction risks.
