地铁隧道下穿既有建筑桩基础的影响分析

地铁隧道在施工过程中,隧道下穿上部建筑物时会对桩基础受力和变形造成影响.同时,在施工过程中桩基础的卸载也会影响到隧道结构的受力.因此,研究地铁隧道下穿建筑物桩基础具有重要意义.本文以成都地铁6 号线下穿搅拌站桩基础为工程背景,利用Midas GTS软件建立桩基-隧道三维数值计算模型,对地铁隧道下穿既有建筑物桩基础采用三台阶预留核心土法施工技术进行数值分析,并结合地表沉降监测数值进行对比分析.结果表明:隧道开挖后,围岩位移、桩基础位移、桩基础应力和地表沉降值均较小,说明施工安全可靠.同时,将地表沉降模拟值和实测值进行比较分析,发现两者变化规律基本一致且相对误差较小.因此可以得出结论,本文所建立的数值模型具有较高的合理性.
Analysis of the Influence of Subway Tunnel underneath Existing Building Pile Foundation
In the construction process of subway tunnel,the stress and deformation of pile foundation will be af-fected when the tunnel passes through the upper building.At the same time,the unloading of pile foundation dur-ing construction will also affect the stress of tunnel structure.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pile foundation of subway tunnels under buildings.In this paper,the pile foundation of Chengdu Metro Line 6 under-neath the mixing station is taken as the engineering background,the Midas GTS software is used to establish the three-dimensional numerical calculation model of pile foundation-tunnel,the three-bench reserved core soil method construction technology is used for numerical analysis of the pile foundation of the subway tunnel under-neath the existing building,and the comparative analysis is carried out in combination with the surface settlement monitoring value.The results show that after the excavation of the tunnel,the displacement of the surrounding rock,the displacement of the pile foundation,the stress of the pile foundation and the surface settlement are small,indicating that the construction is safe and reliable.At the same time,the simulated value and measured value of surface subsidence are compared and analyzed,it is found that the variation law of the two is basically the same and the relative error is small.Therefore,it can be concluded that numerical model established in this paper has a high rationality.
