Comparative Selection of Building Pile Foundation Schemes Based on Multi-Factor Analytic Hierarchy Process
To ensure the rationality of pile foundation selection for building construction, based on the results of geotechnical engineering investigation, considering factors such as project cost, progress, quality, and environ-ment,the suitability of various pile types is evaluated and compared using the multi factor analytic hierarchy pro-cess.The results indicate that, based on the requirements of geological parameters and building loads, static pres-sure prefabricated piles, long spiral drilled cast-in-place piles, and impact drilled cast-in-place piles can be se-lected as the foundation types.Through the multiple factor analytic hierarchy process,it was found that there are differences in the suitability of static pressure prefabricated piles, long spiral drilled cast-in-place piles, and im-pact drilled cast-in-place piles on this site. The evaluation results show that the long spiral drilled pile has the strongest applicability in the construction pile foundation scheme in this area, followed by the impact drilled pile and the static pressure prefabricated pile. The research results can provide reference for selecting and guiding pile foundation schemes for buildings in the region.
