固废胶凝材料协同尾砂制备胶结充填材料的研究进展

随着我国冶金行业的快速发展,矿山产出的尾矿规模也越来越大,尾矿的存储不仅占用耕地,破坏环境,而且处理不当会诱发灾害.此外,矿山开采后,为杜绝出现塌方等安全事故,我国要求矿井必须回填,以减少矿井对周围环境的影响.矿山回填是指将充填材料回填到地下采空区,能够控制采空区塌陷和地表沉降,同时还可以将尾砂和低品质冶金渣等固体废弃物回填于地下采场,由此减少固体废弃物在地表的堆积,从而避免环境污染和地质灾害的发生.本文综述了工业固体废弃物中的钢渣、矿渣、工业副产石膏的定义和种类,以及超细尾砂的定义和应用,结合国内外学者的研究,得出固体废弃物胶凝材料协同尾砂制备胶结充填材料在经济与环保上的优势与可行性,并对开发多元固体废弃物胶凝体系进行展望.
Research Progress on the Preparation of Cementitious Filling Materials Using Solid Waste Cementitious Materials in Collaboration with Tailing
With the rapid development of China's metallurgical industry,the scale of tailing produced by mines is also increasing,the storage of tailings not only occupies farmland and damages the environment,but improper handling can also trigger disasters.In addition,after mining,in order to prevent safety accidents such as land-slides,China requires mines to be backfilled to reduce the impact of mines on the surrounding environment.My backfilling refers to the backfilling of filling materials into the underground goaf,which can control the collapse and surface settlement of the goaf,at the same time,it can also backfill solid waste such as tailing and low-qual-ity metallurgical slag into the underground goaf,thereby reducing the accumulation of solid waste on the surface and avoiding environmental pollution and geological disasters.This article summarizes the definitions and types of steel slag,slag,and industrial by-product gypsum in industrial solid waste,as well as the definition and applica-tion of ultrafine tailing,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,the advantages and feasibility of using solid waste cementitious materials in conjunction with tailings to prepare cementitious filling materials in terms of economy and environmental protection are obtained,and the prospects for developing a diversified solid waste cementitious system are discussed.
