Risk Management in the Stage of Construction Project Bidding and Contract Negotiation
This paper studies the risk management in the bidding and contract negotiation stages of construction projects.Firstly,the risks in the bidding stage of construction projects are analyzed,including competition risks,technical risks,compliance risks and commercial risks.Secondly,the risks in contract negotiation stage,such as unclear contract terms,contract performance risks and contract disputes,are discussed.Thirdly,the risk manage-ment measures are put forward,including perfecting the bidding system,strictly reviewing the bidding documents,strengthening the risk assessment and clarifying the contract terms.Finally,the importance of risk management in bidding and contract negotiation of construction projects is summarized,and the direction of further research is put forward.It provides ideas on risk management for participants in the bidding and contract negotiation stages of construction projects,helps them to better cope with various risks and improve the success rate of the project.
