Analysis on the Application of Low Carbon Energy Saving Measures in Construction Project Management
The purpose of this paper is to discuss and analyze the importance of low-carbon and energy-saving measures in modern urban renewal projects,as well as the application status and challenges in construction pro-ject management.Taking the Shenzhen Yunhui Building Project as an example,the green and low-carbon devel-opment of the construction industry is achieved through effective management strategies.Through in-depth re-search on the key links such as planning and design,building material selection,construction technology and op-eration management,a series of methods to achieve the goal of low-carbon and energy-saving buildings are pro-posed,and the core role of the professional knowledge of the project management team and the supervision and maintenance mechanism is emphasized.The results of the study show that the Yunhui Tower Project has success-fully achieved the goal of low carbon and energy saving,and has had a positive impact on the surrounding envi-ronment.The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive use of multi-dimensional low-carbon energy-saving measures,and the proposal of a comprehensive low-carbon and energy-saving management strategy,which provides new perspectives and practical cases for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
