回弹-钻芯法在混凝土抗压强度检测中的应用研究

在混凝土抗压强度检测中,由于传统方法会对混凝土结构造成破坏,特别是在钢筋密集的部位,容易形成芯样碎裂,导致损伤程度高.因此,以某高层公寓施工项目为研究对象,提出了回弹-钻芯法用于检测混凝土抗压强度.首先对混凝土表面回弹值进行测定,然后根据混凝土表面回弹值,对混凝土表面碳化深度进行评定,并计算混凝土抗压强度推定值修正系数,最后测量混凝土的抗压强度,从而实现回弹-钻芯法在混凝土抗压强度中的检测.设计对比实验,结果证明该方法的损伤程度较低,在混凝土抗压强度检测方面有显著效果.因此,该方法在实际工程中的应用将具有重要意义.
Application of Rebound-Drill Core Method in Compressive Strength Detection of Concrete
In the compressive testing of concrete strength,because the traditional method will cause damage to the concrete structure,especially in the dense parts of the reinforcement,it is easy to form core fragmentation,result-ing in a high degree of damage.Therefore,taking the construction project of a high-rise apartment building as the research object,the rebound-drill core method is proposed to detect the compressive strength of concrete.First,the rebound value of the concrete surface is measured,and then the carbonization depth of the concrete surface is assessed according to the rebound value of the concrete surface,and the correction coefficient of the presumed compressive strength of the concrete is calculated,and finally the compressive strength of the concrete is mea-sured so as to realize the detection of the rebound-drilling core method in the compressive strength of the con-crete.The experimental results show that the damage degree of this method is low and it is effective in measuring the compressive strength of concrete.Therefore,the application of this method in practical engineering will be im-portant.
