大跨度连续箱梁桥悬臂加宽施工技术研究

随着交通流量的不断增长,许多大跨度连续箱梁桥面临通行压力和拓宽需求.基于此,本文提出大跨度连续箱梁桥悬臂加宽施工技术研究.通过进行悬臂安装预压施工、预应力施工和悬臂前移,并在此基础上进行悬臂截面拓宽,确定施工工艺流程.根据实际施工条件,对工程中选取的试验点进行静荷载力测试.通过测试,发现其施工桥梁悬臂变形模量最大为 2 996 kPa,远低于设计要求的变形模量,符合施工要求.
Research on The Construction Technology of The Cantilever Widening of The Long-Span Continuous Box Girder Bridge
With the continuous growth of traffic flow,many large-span continuous box girder bridges are facing traffic pressure and widening needs.Based on this,this article proposes research on cantilever widening construc-tion technology for large-span continuous box girder bridges.Precompression construction by a cantilever installa-tion,prestressing construction,and cantilever forward movement,and based on this,expand the cantilever section to determine the construction process flow.According to the actual construction conditions,static load force tests are carried out on the selected test points in the project.Through testing,it is found that the maximum deformation modulus of the cantilever arm of the construction bridge is 2 996 kPa,which is much lower than the design re-quirements and meets the construction requirements.
