高速公路沥青路面罩面修补材料抗裂性能试验研究

为了测试高速公路沥青路面罩面修补材料抗裂性,本文采用万能伺服液压试验机对修补材料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性进行测试.测试得出:当掺加玄武岩纤维含量为 10%时,其动态稳定性为 6 100 次/mm,抗弯拉强度为 11.56 MPa,最大弯拉应变为 3 500 Re,弯曲劲度模量为 3 300 MPa,冻融后修补材料劈裂强度为1.28 MPa,劈裂强度比为 84.24%.因此,利用该材料进行修复,高速公路路面的抗裂性最佳.本研究测试方法可为沥青路面的维护和修复工作提供有益的参考,以达到延长路面寿命、改善行车安全与舒适度的目的.
Experimental Study on Crack Resistance Performance of Asphalt Pavement Cover Repair Materials for Highways
In order to test the crack resistance of asphalt pavement cover repair materials on highways,this article uses a universal servo hydraulic testing machine to test the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack re-sistance,and water stability of the repair materials.The test results show that when the content of basalt fiber is 10%,the dynamic stability is 6 100 times/mm,the flexural tensile strength is 11.56 MPa,the maximum flexural tensile strain is 3 500 Re,the flexural stiffness modulus is 3 300 MPa,the splitting strength of the repair material after freeze-thaw is 1.28 MPa,and the splitting strength ratio is 84.24%.Therefore the use of this material to re-pair,the highway pavement has the best creak resistance.The testing method of this study can provide useful ref-erence for the maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement,in order to extend the service life of the pavement,improve driving safety and comfort.
