Design of an Overlimit High-Rise Structure with Multi-Storey Overhead Split-Level at the Bottom
This article takes a reinforced concrete frame core tube high-rise structure that gradually retracts,with an eccentric arrangement of the core tube and a multi-layered overhead staggered bottom as an example to ana-lyze and design a complex over limit high-rise building with multiple irregularities such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,size mutation,and component discontinuity.By using multiple programs such as Yingjianke and Midas,the calculation and analysis of structures respectively under small,medium,and large earthquakes were carried out for multiple models in different situations.Special performance analysis was carried out for irreg-ular items in the project,and corresponding strengthening measures were taken.The calculation results indicate that the structure can meet the set performance goals.
