BIM技术驱动的建筑施工进度编制及优化研究

目前,常规的建筑施工进度编制方法主要通过对施工任务进行分解,按照不同的施工任务进行施工资源的分配,由于缺乏对施工持续时间的有效预估,导致编制效果不佳.对此,提出基于BIM技术的建筑施工进度编制及优化方法.首先,对施工进度单元的信息结构进行构建,并利用IFC标准中的实体来表达和识别BIM构件.结合定额计算法对施工活动的持续时间进行估算,在此基础上,对不同施工进度单元所消耗的施工资源进行计算.最后以施工资源投入方差最小值作为优化目标,构建出施工周期与施工资源的均衡优化函数,从而生成施工进度编制及优化方案,并对该方法进行编制效果检验.经测试结果表明,采用该方法对施工进度进行编制优化后,拟定的施工计划与实际施工进度高度契合,具备良好的施工进度编制效果.
Research on the Preparation and Optimization of Building Construction Progress Driven by BIM Technology
At present,the conventional construction progress preparation method is mainly through the decompo-sition of construction tasks,according to different construction tasks for construction resources allocation,due to the lack of effective estimation of the construction duration,the preparation effect is not good.In this regard,the construction progress preparation and optimization method based on BIM technology are proposed.First,the infor-mation structure of the construction progress unit is constructed,and the entities in the IFC standards are used to express and identify the BIM components.The duration of construction activities is estimated with the method of quota calculation,and on this basis,the construction resources consumed by different construction progress units are calculated.Finally,the minimum of variance of construction resources input is taken as the optimization goal,and the equilibrium optimization function of construction cycle and construction resources is constructed,so as to generate the construction progress preparation and optimization scheme,and the effect of this method is tdsted.The test results show that the proposed construction plan is highly consistent with the actual construction progress,and has a good effect of construction progress.
