The new round of judicial reform aims to establish a trial-centered litigation system.Therefore,the reform has car-ried out a series of system reconstruction in the field of public prosecution evidence,with a view to balancing the form and substan-tive value of evidence and implementing The principle of evidentiary adjudication.The path of system reform is intended to establish an external monitoring mechanism of evidence to ensure the quality of evidence.However,this also leads to the imbalance between the substantive value and the formal value of the"fact confirmation"of evidence.Due to its high degree of formal rationality and iso-morphism with the reform goal,legal artificial intelligence is expected by decision makers to serve as an"Ariadne thread",build an internal auxiliary mechanism on the judicial subject,reconstruct the structure of evidence system,and balance the form and sub-stantive value of evidence.However,as an auxiliary mechanism outside the main body,legal artificial intelligence can not be a per-manent solution to reform after all,or it may lead to the tragedy of"Icarus Wings".Only by fundamentally improving the quality and consciousness of judicial personnel,combined with the technical path,can we create a real"Ariadne line"for reform.
