Analysis on NATO's Management Concept and System in the Post War Era
NATO's management system includes four aspects:political and military leadership, bureaucracy, armed forces and NATO Parliamentary Assembly. The characteristics of the system include:emphasizing cooperation and consultation, emphasizing the consistency principle, emphasizing continuous reform, emphasizing the priority of great powers and the decision-making of great powers, and emphasizing flexibility and practicality. However, the system has defects in terms of goals, paths and means, and is relatively loose and lacks power concentration;seeking compromise in the structure of government cooperation;the operation cost is high and the efficiency is limited.Although the system has a strong correlation and plays a certain role in maintaining and promo-ting the development of NATO,its function is limited because of its inherent values and ideology, and weak foundation of thought and reality.
