ICP-OES法测定6种矿物类中药材中Ca、Fe、Mg、Na的含量

目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定6种矿物类中药材中4种普通轻元素含量的方法。方法:样品经过微波消解,采用ICP-OES法同时测定Ca、Fe、Mg、Na元素含量。结果:建立的ICP-OES法线性相关系数r>0.9997,回收率在90.2%~108.4%之间,RSD<10.9%。结论:本研究建立的微波消解-ICP-OES法快速、准确、简便,是矿物类中药材部分元素测定的一种较好方法。
Determination of elements in six traditional Chinese medicines using ICP-OES method
Objective:To establish a ICP -OES method for the determination of elements in six traditional Chinese medicines. Method:The samples were digested by closed –versel microwave. The four elements were directly analyzed by ICP -OES. Result: For all of the analyzed elements, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.9998. The recovery rates of the procedure were 90.2%to 108.4%, and its RSD was lower than 10.9%. Conclusion: This method was quick -acquired, accurate and convenient. The method can be used for the quality control of elements in traditional Chinese medicines.
