目的:建立灯芪通脉颗粒的指纹图谱法,指认共有成分并评价质量.方法:使用 Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为水(含 0.1%磷酸)-乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长为 230nm.对 10 批灯芪通脉颗粒指纹图谱分析,并建立共有模式计算样品间的相似度.结果:样品具有较高的相似性.结论:本方法可用于评价灯芪通脉颗粒质量.
Study of High Performance Liquid Chromatography Fingerprint of Deng-Qi-Tong-Mai Granule
Objective:To establish a fingerprinting method of Deng-Qi-Tong-Mai Granule for identifying common components and evaluating the quality.Method:The Diamonsil C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with a mobile phase consisting of water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)and acetonitrile in a gradient elution mode,with a detection wavelength of 230 nm.Fingerprint analysis was conducted on ten batches of Deng-Qi-Tong-Mai Granule,and a common pattern was established to calculate the similarity between the samples.Results:The samples exhibited high similarity.Conclusion:This fingerprinting method can be used to evaluate the quality of Deng-Qi-Tong-Mai Granule.
