Study on Enzymatic Assisted Extraction of Total Triterpenes from Rhus chinensis
Objective:To determine the process parameters for enzyme assisted extraction of triterpenoid components from Rhus chinensis.Method:The total triterpenoid content of Rhus chinensis was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Using the total triterpenoid content as the evaluation index, the main influencing factors and levels of enzyme assisted extraction were screened through single factor experiments, and response surface optimization was carried out.Result:The optimal conditions for enzyme assisted extraction were:adding 2000 U(40 mg)of cellulase, adjusting pH 5.4,and enzymatic hydrolysis at 45℃for 75 minutes.Under the optimal enzyme assisted extraction conditions,a validation experiment was conducted, and the extraction yield of triterpenoids in Rhus chinensis was 1.186%,which was close to the predicted value. Conclusion:This process is reasonable and feasible, and can provide a reference for the extraction of triterpenoid components from Rhus chinensis.
