HPLC法测定便通凝胶贴膏中松果菊苷含量

目的:建立便通凝胶贴膏中松果菊苷的测定方法,以便控制便通凝胶贴膏的质量.方法:根据《中国药典》一部中肉苁蓉高效液相色谱法测定;以甲醇为流动相A、1%的醋酸溶液为流动相B、进行梯度洗脱,以DikmaDiamonsil(钻石C185μm,250×4.6mm)为色谱柱,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温30℃,进样量20μL,检测波长为332nm.结果:松果菊苷浓度在0.6μg·mL-1~45.0μg·mL-1的范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:y=11594x-516.3,R2=0.9990;回收率为100.96~98.96,RSD=1.0%.结论:本方法符合测定要求,可用于便通凝胶贴膏中松果菊苷的含量测定.
Determination of echinacoside in Biantong gel plaster by HPLC
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of echinacoside in Biantong gel plaster in order to better control the quality of Biantong gel plaster.Methods:Determination of Cistanche deserticola by HPLC according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia Ⅰ;Gradient elution was carried out with methanol as mobile phase A and 1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase B.DikmaDiamonsil (Diamond C185μm250×4.6mm) was used as chromatographic column.The flow rate was 1mL·min-1 .The column temperature was 30℃. The sample injection amount was 20μL.The detection wavelength was 332nm.Results:The concentration of echinacoside has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.6μg·mL-1~45.0μg·mL-1 .The regression equation was y=11594x-516.3,R2=0.9990;The recoveries ranged from 100.96 to 98.96,RSD=1 .0%.Conclusion:This method meets the determination requirements and can be used for the determination of echinacoside in Biantong gel plaster.
