Research on Water Extraction Process of Bushen Zhidai Granules
Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Bushen Zhidai granules.Methods:The single-factor test method was employed,using the yield of extraction yield as the evaluation index,to select the optimal decoction process for Ostreae Concha.The orthogonal test was utilized to determine the optimal water extraction process for decocting Ostreae Concha with other medicinal materials,with the content of stilbene glycosides in the extraction solution and the yield of extraction yield as evaluation criteria.Factors such as the ratio of water addition,extraction time,and extraction frequency were investigated.Results:The optimal decoction process for Ostreae Concha was determined to be grinding into coarse powder,decocting for 60 minutes initially,and adding water at a ratio of 10:1.The optimal water extraction process for decoction with other medicinal materials was established as adding water at a ratio of 12:1,conducting 3 extractions,each for 30 minutes.Conclusion:The optimized water extraction process is stable and feasible,suitable for the preparation of Bushen Zhidai granules.
