Study on the in vitro antibacterial activity of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics against carbapenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Objective:To study the in vitro antibacterial effect of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics on carbapenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Method:46 strains of carbapenem resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated and collected from clinical specimens.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of Tanreqing,Ceftadine,and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium were measured using a micro broth dilution drug sensitivity test.The antibacterial effect of Tanreqing combined with Cefoperazone and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium was measured using a micro chessboard dilution drug sensitivity test.The antibacterial effect of the combined medication was determined based on the calculated FIC value.Result:The combination of Tanreqing and Cefotaxime showed an additive effect of 61.4％and an unrelated effect of 25.7％,while the combination of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium showed an additive effect of 55.7％and an unrelated effect of 35.7％.Conclusion:The combination of Tan Re Qing and Cefotaxime,Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium has good antibacterial effects.
