摘要

目的:探究降糖类中成药中添加磺酰脲类成分的薄层色谱(TIC)法和试管反应法快速检测结果.方法:选取我院降糖类中成药作为研究对象.以液相质谱联用(LC-MS)法为金标准,判断药物中磺酰脲成分,对所有药物均实行TIC检验法和试管反应法快速检测,对比最终检测结果,比较两种检测方式下灵敏度、特异度、符合率.结果:对比两种快速检测方式下符合率,试管反应法较高(P<0.05),虽然两者灵敏度、特异度比较试管反应法均较高,但无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:在检测降糖类中成药中磺酰脲类成分添加情况时,试管反应法检测结果较佳,更加适合现场检验.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the rapid detection results of sulfonylurea in hypoglycemic proprietary Chinese medicine by thin layer chromatography(TIC)and test tube reaction.Methods:Hypoglycemic proprietary Chinese medicine was selected as the research object.Liquid phase mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used as the gold standard to determine the sulfonylurea components in drugs.TIC test method and test-tube reaction method were used for rapid detection of all drugs,and the final detection results were compared to compare the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of the two detection methods.Results:Compared with the two rapid detection methods,the coincidence rate of the test tube reaction method was higher(P<0.05),although the sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were higher than that of the test tube reaction method,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of the addition of sulfonylurea components in hypoglycemic Chinese patent medicines,the test tube reaction method has better results,which is more suitable for field inspection.
