Effect of roasting process parameters on acid regeneration system and iron oxide powder
The process of acid regeneration by spray roasting was introduced.The effect of roasting process parameters such as temperature,negative pressure,oxygen content in the furnace,and the spray pressure of the nozzle on the acid regeneration system and iron oxide powder was studied by controlled variable method.The cause of the effect was discussed and analyzed.On this basis,suggestions for optimization of process parameters were put forward.
